Briefing on how to use workbook (approx 1 hour)   Career advisor facilitates & interprets   HR provides facilitation and co-ordination

Preparation

Employees work through workbook to identify, money career patterns, achievements, skills. Desires, time learning style. (approx 8 -16 hours)
